I had a really good experience staying here. The hotel was clean, comfy, and in a great location. But what really stood out was the service! Mr. Murad at the front desk was amazing – super friendly, caring, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares that much about guests. Overall, a great place to stay!

The hotel is located a short walk away from all the main attractions, so we were able to just stroll back and forth with the kids several times. We also enjoyed the indoor pool although I can see how it could get overwhelming if too many kids are in at once. We came in too late to enjoy the restaurant but the front desk staff and concierge were so kind and efficient when I spoke to them about my poor dining experience across the street. I appreciated their patience, understanding, and especially the fact that they were visibly upset by my experience and intent on not seeing other guests have the same.
Awesome place … walking distance to the falls. Front desk staff was very friendly. We were able to check in early and got our room on the Falls View side on the 7th floor. We met the cleaning staff outside our room and they were super nice. Our room was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The view was amazing!! The only weird thing about our room was, we had an oval toilet and they put a round toilet seat on it … ?? I mean … how hard is it to get and install the correct size toilet seat? Other than that I would highly recommend staying here.
I’m currently staying at the IHG Holiday Inn in Niagara, and I must say it’s been a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the property is very clean, and everything is well-maintained. Overall, it’s a very nice place to stay, and we are truly enjoying our time here. Thank you to the team for making the stay so pleasant!
Stayed for hockey tournament. Very kid friendly. Walk to falls. Rooms clean and great restaurant attached. Very nice indoor pool in lobby. Only negative was no breakfast.
We had a good experience for our stay for 2 days basically it was our holiday Check inn was given before time…also the receptionist Mr Ahmed assisted us kindly explaining everything for an easy go…. He also upgraded our room to the niagara view though our agent had mistakenly booked a handicapped room Staff friendly and helpful The self service laundry was of a great help to us as we had a journey further Would recommend for a peaceful stay The location is just few steps walk from the niagara state park Tea coffee available for guest 24 hrs
